In short: you pay securely through PayPal and we post the book to you. If it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll replace it or refund you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The book is $79.95 AUD, including GST. Postage is [included in the price / shown at checkout].
We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted.
Payment
Payment is made through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a credit or debit card, and you don't need a PayPal account. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment.
Delivery
- We post within [X] business days of payment, using [Australia Post / courier].
- We currently deliver to [Australia only / Australia and selected countries].
- Delivery times are estimates. Once the book is posted, carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll help you chase a late parcel.
- Please make sure your delivery address in PayPal is correct. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we may charge postage to resend it.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Damaged or faulty books
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us within 14 days with a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including postage.
Change of mind
We don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a book arrives damaged or faulty (see above).
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 business days of approval.
Copyright in the book
Buying the book gives you ownership of that physical copy only. All photographs and text remain the copyright of Graeme Newman. See Copyright & Image Use.
